South America, Central America, Japan, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, The Middle East and, now, Europe. We are more than nine months into our trip, and my attitude has changed in so many ways. The major change is my strong desire to travel and learn. I do not think so much about the comforts of home anymore. Instead, I celebrate the differences between these far away lands and my home in Atlanta. For I know that soon enough I will be home (once we get one) sitting on our comfortable couch, watching my favorite show, LAW AND ORDER, eating a large bowl of ice cream and dreaming of the morning that I was sitting on the front porch of our white washed studio on the cliff side of the Greek Island of Santorini overlooking the Aegean Sea and typing this journal entry. To navigate through this travelogue, simply choose one of the destinations that are both featured on the buttons at the top of the page and in the listed itinerary below. If you would like to read the entries in order, start with Greece and Italy and you will be read through the events as they happened in real life. We were running around pretty quickly, so you will find that I did not have the time to record entries for every country. You can always check out 2 Go Photo Stories for details on all of the countries that we have seen. But for my in-depth personal account, select one of the underlined countries below. Greece: June 23, 2000 - July 4,
2000
